The holidays are typically jam-packed with get-togethers. There is so much to do and so little time, especially if you are the one hosting a holiday celebration. That is why our florists have put together a floral centerpiece kit that will take some of the stress out of holiday entertaining and decorating.
The initial centerpiece is designed with fresh winter greens, pinecones, bleached ruscus, baby’s breath, dried white bunny tails and a flameless candle. The natural elements will ease you into the winter months and the holiday spirit.
Then, when you are ready for some glitz and glam, you can swap out the natural decorations for sparkly leaf picks and ornaments. We encourage you to use the product photos on our website as an example of what to do when making the swap. If you do not feel comfortable swapping out the decorations yourself at home, our florists can certainly add the decorations to the initial centerpiece for you. When placing an order, you have a choice of either gold or silver decorations.
Bring your entire centerpiece (base, greens, decorations, and candle) back to Vermeer’s the week of December 18th. Our florists will remake the centerpiece so that it looks its absolute best for Christmas. The greenery will be replaced, the decorations will be repositioned, and three white roses will be added for extra wow factor. If you would prefer a more classic Christmas look, the white roses can be substituted for red.
The cost of the kit with pickup at Vermeer’s is $150, but we also have a unique delivery/gift option. If you or the intended recipient lives locally (Welland, Fonthill, St. Catharines, etc.) we can deliver this kit to you/them. We will arrange to pick it up the week of December 18th and redeliver it before Christmas. The cost of the kit with hassle-free delivery is $180.
