Customers may return tropical plants up to 10 days after purchase for a full refund. 

Tropical plants must be in good condition, unless the reason for return is at the fault of our greenhouse.

Tropical plant returns as a result of customer negligence will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide proper care for the tropical plant after purchase.

If you have any questions about how to properly care for your tropical plant, we are always happy and willing to answer questions in-person, by phone or email.

Tropical plants must be in their original pot and growing medium and they must be returned in-store.

Customers must provide proof of purchase with either a paper receipt, receipt in their garden club history or an online order confirmation. 

All bonsai plants are final sale.

All tropical plants marked as final sale or tropical plants marked as clearance are final sale.
