Christmas products (ornaments, picks, tabletop decorations, artificial wreaths, etc.) can be returned until Saturday, December 9th, 2023, for a full refund subject to the presentation of an original receipt (physical receipt or Garden Club history). All tags must be attached. Christmas products purchased as Christmas gifts can be exchanged or returned for store credit until Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024, subject to the presentation of a gift receipt.

Giftware and pots can be returned up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund subject to the presentation of an original receipt (physical receipt or Garden Club history). All tags must be attached. Giftware and pots purchased as Christmas gifts can be exchanged or returned for store credit until Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024, subject to the presentation of a gift receipt.

Fashion items (clothing, hats, scarves, purses, etc.) can be returned up to 10 days after purchase for exchange or store credit only subject to the presentation of an original receipt (physical receipt or Garden Club history). Fashion items purchased as Christmas gifts can be exchanged or returned for store credit until Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024, subject to the presentation of a gift receipt. In all instances, all tags must be attached, and the fashion items must be unworn and in good condition. All jewelry is final sale.

Please note that in the case of store credit, a Vermeer’s gift card will be issued for the amount that was paid for the merchandise.

Tropical plants can be returned up to 10 days after purchase for a full refund subject to the presentation of an original receipt (physical receipt or Garden Club history). Tropical plants must be in their original pot and growing medium. Tropical plants must also be in good condition, unless the reason for the return is at the fault of our greenhouse. Tropical plant returns because of customer negligence will not be accepted. Seasonal Christmas plants (poinsettias, Christmas cactus, lemon cypress, lavender, rosemary, wintergreen, etc.) are final sale. All bonsais are final sale.

Fresh floral, fresh greens/trees, porch pots, Christmas craft kits and any custom work is final sale. All clearance and discounted items are final sale. Gift cards are final sale.
